Clients will be notified prior to the expiration of the free hosting period and given the option to continue hosting services at our current rates.

3. Payment Terms

Services will be halted immediately without payment. It is essential to keep your account in good standing to avoid any disruption to your services. Failure to make timely payments will result in suspension of services until all outstanding balances are cleared.

4. Termination of Services

To terminate hosting services with World Web Resources, a 30-day advance notice via email is required. This notice period allows us to manage the termination process smoothly and ensure that your data and services are handled appropriately.

5. Domain Transfers

For domain transfers, we require a 30-day advance notice. This ensures that all necessary administrative and technical preparations are made to facilitate a seamless transfer process.

6. Refund Policy

At World Web Resources, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:
40% Refund Within 30 Days: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a 40% refund within the first 30 days of your purchase.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Breach: Refunds will only be issued if our uptime guarantee of 99.9% is not met and after we have been given ample time to resolve the problem. Clients must provide us with the opportunity to address and correct any issues before a refund request can be processed.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at with your account details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

7. Service Adjustments

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request changes or adjustments to your website. Clients must provide the necessary content for these changes.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership of intellectual property (IP) typically depends on the terms agreed upon between the company and the client. At World Web Resources, our standard policy is as follows:

  • Client-Provided Content: Clients retain ownership of all content they provide for their website.
  • Company-Provided Content: World Web Resources retains ownership of any content, designs, and code we create unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a license to use this content as part of their website.
